Cancellation Policy

At Panico Salon, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients, and we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • A credit card on file is needed to reserve your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • We understand that genuine emergencies can occur; if you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your situation with understanding.
  • In the rare event that Panico Salon must cancel or adjust your appointment, we will inform you promptly and assist you in finding an alternative time. For any questions or changes, please call us at 201-652-4515 or email website@panico.com.
  • Policies are subject to change; please check periodically for updates.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full value of your Service(s). This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and the lost opportunity to serve another client. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstance that prevents you from providing the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle such cases on an individual basis with understanding and compassion.

Changes to Appointments by Panico Salon

In the unlikely event that Panico Salon needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible. We understand the importance of your time and will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Terms & Conditions

Prices Subject to Change if Additional Considerations are needed to achieve your desired result.

We will always quote a “starting at” price and not a final cost, due to changes or conditions in your services. Our Stylists will go over your services and define any changes to pricing if any are needed during your consultation.

Ensuring Appointment Availability

We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance to ensure your preferred date, time, and service provider(s) are available. You may book by calling the salon, or by using online booking via our website.

Arrival to Salon for Service(s)

Our scheduling is optimized to permit the correct time needed to complete your service(s). Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Service Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, we will strive to make it right. We require you to notify and rebook your service within 14 days of your original appointment to avoid any additional charges.

Staff Selection/Changes

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know, we won’t be offended. We work as a team here at Panico Salon and your comfort and beauty is priority to us and we want to ALWAYS provide you with the best service possible.

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service by stylists and salon assistants, gratuities may be given at your discretion. We ask that gratuities be given by cash either directly or in the envelopes available at the Front Desk. Venmo and Zelle is also an option for certain stylist. there is an ATM on the premises for you convenience.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards as payment for our products and services. A 3.5% surcharge is added to your credit card charge.

Product Returns

We believe in the products we use and recommend for hair maintenance. All product returns must be within 30 days of purchase and unused. For all returns, we will issue a salon store credit. Gift Cards are not refundable, but they are not transferable.

25% Off for You and a Friend!

Refer a friend for any new cut and/or color service and they will receive 25% off. Then on your next cut and/or color service, you will then receive 25% off! Ask your Panico stylist, or call our guest services at 201-652-4515 for details.

Add 10% off for pre-booking
