Multi-Level Pricing Structure & Intern Stylist

Panico offers a multi-level price structure. The progression of Designer Levels is determined by the stylist’s years of experience, advanced education and demand for service. The advanced levels represent the core talent of our salons. All stylists are proficient and accomplished in every aspect of hairdressing. All Intern Stylists are licensed stylists. They have completed their foundation course at Panico and have been promoted to the Intern Chair. The Intern Chair provides them with an opportunity to perfect their client consultation skills, expand their technical skills and begin to formulate color. Color formulations and haircuts created by Intern Stylists require more time, as they are overseen by our Educational Directors to ensure accuracy.

Educational Directors are responsible for the training of our Intern staff, in both technical and client relationship skills.
