SALON & SPA POLICIES


RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Extensive and multiple salon/spa services may require a major credit card to secure appointments.  If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved. For a ‘no show’, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services. Groups or parties must give at least thirty days notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa service to allow time to change into a robe and slippers.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

ATTIRE

We suggest you wear our provided robes when receiving ANY service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damage to clothing. 
WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CLOTHING. Most spa body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.

ATMOSPHERE

The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the spa, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone/pager; speak softly as a courtesy to others.

Please let us know your preferences, whether it is in the room temperature, volume of music, or massage pressure, so we can provide the most enjoyable service.

PREGNANCY

Let us guide you in selecting suitable treatments which take into consideration this special time.

JEWELRY & PERSONAL ITEMS

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the spa, please leave your jewelry at home.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Panico Salon & Spa Gift Certificates are redeemable only within the State where  purchased. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates should be used within one year of purchase date.

REDEEMING GIFT CERTIFICATE WON AT FUND-RAISER

If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate you won or bid for at a charity event or fund-raiser, you must inform the Client Service Representative when you call to schedule your appointment.

FINISHING

There is an additional charge to finish hair straight. Flat/curling iron requires an extra charge.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks.

RETURNS

Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

BRIDAL ON-LOCATION POLICY

A minimum of three people is required for On-Location services. Prices are based on venues located within a close proximity to each salon. When extended travel is required, additional charges may apply.
