Fashion & Beauty Week
The top salons in the state came together to raise funds and awareness for the Diabetes Research Institute at Fashion & Beauty Week 2011, a non-profit founded by Jack Panico. The charitable affair, now being deemed the most prestigious international event in New Jersey, brought beauty professionals out from behind-the-scenes as a force to be reckoned with on the runway. They styled looks for a coveted collection of both emerging and seasoned designers including Adrian Alicea, Ari, Bound + Tide, Devon Thomas, Dolce Vita, Esposito, Jay Godfrey, Jensen Martin, Marisa Kenson, Monique Lhuillier, Pamela Dennis, Sandra Baquero, Teresa Rosati, Theia, and William Rast. The event also included celebrity appearances, swag bags, a cocktail dinner, silent auction and unique experiences like the Remy Cointreau VIP/Press lounge, Lord & Taylor Beauty Bar, and Qream Style Lounge.
